Trauma Support Group

A psychoeducational and support group for women who have experienced trauma and wish to work toward healing.

When: Restarts every 10 weeks. Can be repeated. Okay to join midway through group.

Where: Our Offices (250 El Camino Real, Suite #213, Tustin, CA 92780)

Fee: $50 per session
($450 if all sessions paid in advance)

Details: This 10-week group is for anyone who wants support in dealing with trauma, whether from a recent event or ongoing childhood or relational trauma. The focus will include psychoeducation, attachment and inner child work, EMDR resourcing techniques, expressive arts, music and mindfulness practices.
