“Overcoming personal challenges and obstacles has allowed me to provide an empathetic and nurturing atmosphere. Difficult circumstances can often make people feel alone and isolated. I provide a collaborative partnership with my clients to enable them to break free from the roadblocks that prevent them from becoming the person they want to be and living the life that they desire.
I am passionate about the benefits that come with incorporating art and nature in psychotherapy and utilize these tools when appropriate.”
