"My goal as a therapist is to hold a safe space for you to explore and grow with a humanistic approach. As a survivor of childhood trauma and medical trauma, my journey to healing has deepened me to empathize with others going through similar experiences. I am here to listen to you and help you on your unique journey of healing and discovering your whole self.
