"As the daughter of immigrant parents, my approach to therapy is rooted in the humanization of individuals in order to set collective healing in motion. My mission is to provide high-quality emotionally-focused therapeutic services delivered with respect and compassion. As a woman of color, I am intentional about recognizing the overlap of our various social identities and the various circumstances present in daily living. I hope to serve BIPOC communities and aim to ensure culturally-attuned therapy services.
I work with individuals, couples, and families who are looking to enhance their dynamics, step away from surviving and move towards thriving. My therapeutic framework is guided by Emotionally-Focused Therapy techniques, Acceptance and Commitment techniques, and Family Systems. I am honored to create a shared space with my clients and hope to be able to join you on your journey towards wellness."
