Details: This weekly eight (8) session cohort will explore relational dynamics and our ability to overcome challenges rooted in cultural traditions and norms. Participants will collectively process and engage in community-based healing approaches. Topics may include: Stress, Relationships, Good Daughter Dilemma, Mind, Body, Corazon Healing.

Participants must be 18 years of age or older and California Residents.
